Staff

Fortress currently employs 30 staff including directors, based in different locations around the world.

Our workforce originates from a variety of backgrounds. Our board of directors has over 125 of years of experience, some senior staff have been with the Company since its launch and the growth of the Company has been matched by the recruitment of a well qualified and proficient younger generation.

Our client facing staff are qualified up to degree level and continually seek to improve their development and experience through training, whilst keeping up-to-date with global affairs.
