The directors have extensive experience in setting up offshore arrangements. They have worked in offshore centres around the world and have established an important network of contacts with banks, financial advisors, investment managers etc. They can, if required introduce clients to local professional firms and are also happy to work alongside other professional advisors that have been retained by clients to ensure that these advisors formulate appropriate plans and courses of action.

All client affairs and records are kept strictly confidential, all correspondence is attended to promptly and all client funds, if held on account, are maintained in separate designated bank accounts.

Roger obtained his honours law degree from the University of London in 1974. He started his career with Lloyds Bank Plc in London gaining experience in company administration, tax planning, trusts, investments and portfolio management. After four years he left to work overseas first with Canada Trust and then Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce where he managed their trust activities in the Bahamas. In 1988 he moved to the Isle of Man and held a number of senior positions before joining Fortress Management Services Limited as Managing Director.

He brings with him a wealth of experience in offshore trust and company administration.

Andy has over 25 years experience in the UK and offshore marketplace. His experience has been gained from working for 3 major banks, an International Insurance Company, and 2 tax and trust planning advisory businesses.

 He has worked alongside many substantial businesses including a Swiss Bank, UK and International Investment Houses and Insurance Companies, advising clients on tax strategies, and assessing the constant changes present in the UK and International tax planning environment.

He is a sought after speaker, working with organizations including the Law Society, Personal Finance Society, and IFA Networks. He attended last year's National Federation of Residential Landlords conference, and presents on a regular basis at regional meetings.

His experience gives Andy a considerable insight into a client's planning requirements reflecting the constantly changing landscape at home and abroad. Working closely with Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Advisors,
 
Andy will identify some key planning opportunities covering IHT, CGT, Income and Corporation Tax. Specifically, many property and business owners want to review their Capital Gains Tax situation and evaluate their exit strategies and succession options taking into account recent UK Budget announcements.
Leaving the UK and becoming non-resident for tax purposes is also an increasingly popular consideration.

Frank Pattison moved to the Isle of Man in 1990. Frank has spent 36 years in trust, corporate services provider and funds administration area and qualified through the Institute of Bankers. For 28 years, Frank was with the NatWest Trust Division moving offshore to Jersey in 1982. Frank left the NatWest Group in 1997 to join Maitland where he became Managing Director of Maitland Trust in the Isle of Man, retiring in August 2005. Until September 2006, Frank remained involved in a consulting role maintaining contact with some client relationships and developing new business areas for Maitland. More latterly, Frank has become Operations Director for Fortress Management Services Limited. Frank is married with three daughters and is a director of Ramsey Golf Club and is a member of the Rotary Club of Ramsey where he was President in 2004/05.
